The Pipe Shop was established in 1996 by Mr. E.H. Welch to serve local farmers and residents with pipe for catch pens, gates, pole barns, etc. The business grew to include galvanized steel tubing, a greater variety of steel pipe, and a large supply of used oilfield pipe. With the use of these products in barns and other metal building structures the business flourished. In June of 2008, two brothers, Mitchel and Joseph Bridges, purchased the business and changed the name to The Pipe Shop, Inc. With strong family values and a unique style of craftsmanship, we strive to meet the needs of each and every customer. Since that time we have become an industry leader distributing high-quality galvanized tubing, pipe, and custom metal buildings.
Our selection of Flo-Coat and Gatorshield galvanized tubing includes square, round, and rectangular available in number one and number two tubing. The Pipe Shop, Inc. also offers steel pipe, including certified A500 (schedule 40 and schedule 10) pipe. Used oilfield pipe along with sucker rods are always available, as well as trusses, which come in both pipe or galvanized tubing and can also be custom made to your specifications. As for farming products, we offer stock farm gates, custom built gates, cow panels, continuous fence, and hayracks. Angle iron and flat bars are in stock as well as the availability to order special items such as beams, channels, flat plate, expanded metal and other products. Mitchel Bridges is one of the owners of The Pipe Shop, Inc., who serves as administrative manager and handles the day-to-day activities of The Pipe Shop, Inc. His wife, Donde, also works at The Pipe Shop, Inc. and they have three children including Matthew, Ashton, and Kirkland.
Joseph Bridges, owner, oversees the construction of our metal buildings, barns, and other structures. He is also the owner of Diamond B Metal Buildings, LLC, which handles the bulk of our building projects. Joseph and his wife Jennifer have five children including Will, Rebecca, Davin, Sarah, and Lauren.
